Directions from Carson City to our South Lake Tahoe office

From central Carson City, head south on S Carson St for about 2.8 miles, continuing through the traffic circle at NV-529.

Turn right onto US-50 W, following signs for S Lake Tahoe, and climb Clear Creek Canyon to Spooner Summit (7,146 ft).

Continue on US-50 W down past the SR 28 junction and south along the East Shore, past Glenbrook, through the Cave Rock Tunnel and past Zephyr Cove.

Stay on US-50 through Stateline and into California, passing The Red Hut Café along the way (about 24 miles on US-50 in all).

Turn right onto Alameda Ave. Tahoe Chiropractic Clinic, 3121 Harrison Ave, is on your left in about 210 feet.

Head south on S Carson St, turn onto US-50 West (signs for S Lake Tahoe), climb over Spooner Summit, then follow the East Shore past Glenbrook, through the Cave Rock Tunnel and past Zephyr Cove into Stateline and on into South Lake Tahoe. Our office is at 3121 Harrison Ave, just off US-50. In winter, chain controls are sometimes posted on US-50 between Carson City and Glenbrook, so check nvroads.com for current conditions before you head over the summit.
